Dear Sid,
Thank you for a most wonderful fishing trip on Saturday 11-10-07. It was one of the best fishing trips I have been on in a long time. I appreciated the opportunity to catch my first 3 pound Bass and catching the limit. It was a thrill I will long remember. Even though it was raining most of the day I had lots of fun. Your fishing knowledge of Lake Berryessa is legendary. I learned a lot about fishing the lake that I will treasure the rest of my life. I would recommend you as fishing guide to anyone that wants to fish the Lake.
Sincerely

Sid,
My dad and I would like to thank you for an awesome day of fishing! We had an absolute blast! especially catching a 3lb largemouth on a topwater popper at 12 o'clock in the afternoon on a hot July day. Who would have guessed we would still be catching bass on topwater in the middle of the afternoon? Thank you for taking the time to show us not only how to fish Lake Berryessa, but also where and when to fish! We learned a tremendous amount and can't wait to get back on the water! We now have a renewed confidence in CA bass fishing!
Sincerely,
Tony Swager

Kids comments:
We had a fun time! We managed to catch 19 fish, 12 being croppie, 5 were
bass, and there were 2 carp. We enjoyed learning different fishing
techniques. Sydney taught us how to cast, tie on hooks and lures, cast
and reel slowly, hook the fish, and most of all taught us patience. He has been a great fishing teacher and
we can't wait until next year to fish with him again.

Thanks for a great day on Berryessa. We learned a lot yesterday about the
lake and I fell John will be thinking how he can get back up here to do it
again.I am hopping to get with you later this summer.
Thanks, YOU ARE THE BEST OF FISGING GUIDES

Sidney,
I wanted to thank you for the guided fishing trip at Lake Berryessa. Now I've been Bass fishing
a long time, even fished in a few tournaments. But your knowledge of the Bass at Lake Berryessa
blew my mind. Not to mention you knew just about every piece of submerged structure there was
to know about; every submerged stump, tree, rock, weed line and shelf. We all know that Bass
love that type of structure. I would have to fish there every day for months on end to figure
all that out. You promised action and that's exactly what I got. Thanks to you I hooked up with
nice Bass all day long.
Lake Berryessa produced some of the nicest ones I've
seen in a long time. You know where the Bass are and you know what they want.
It was the most fun I've ever had at any lake in California. I'm ready to
go again at the drop of a hat. Next time I'm in town I.m gonna swing by for some more action.
-Justin
Dear Sid,
You are truly an amazing guide. Every time you instructed me to cast at a certain spot I caught a bass.
I guess we caught about 20 bass that day. It was a day of fishing that I will never forget.
See you next time when I get to California.

Sid, it was a pleasure fishing with you over the weekend at Lake Berryessa. You shared an incredible
amount of knowledge with me that day and it is greatly appreciated. I finally know what a "Senko" is.
Of course, I'll have to mention 10 hookups in less than an hour by someone, me, who before
Saturday knew little to nothing about the art and after listening to you, the science, of bass fishing.
I am also new to boating and appreciated the advice in regards to boating safety and assistance
launching and retrieving the boat that day. Folks, this wasn't even a guided trip. I did a small
favor for Sid at the dock in regards to an electric trolling motor and in appreciation he allowed me
to follow him me to some great spots and he gave instructions to me from his boat. Sid, I have million
and one more questions that need to be answered so please book me for that trip on May 22 to
Lake Berryessa. I'm really looking forward to a full day of guided mentoring.
(testjmonial followup)
The trip was everything I had hoped for and more. Sid put me on the fish all day.40+, lost
count after awhile. I had heard the top water bite is only supposed to last a few hours after sunrise.
Apparently, the fish didn.t know about that rule because I had four hours of it.what a blast! More
important than the number of fish caught was that I was taught how to read the water, analyze structure,
and was shown a variety of ways (and secrets) to rig and present artificial baits to Lake Berryessa bass.
Thank-you Sid for a great time!.
Thanks again,
-Frank.
